Stephanie Goddu Harper

Stephanie Goddu Harper is an experienced professional in the fields of affordable housing and social services, currently serving as the Affordable Housing Development Project Manager III for the City of Long Beach since September 2017. Previous roles in the City of Long Beach included Affordable Housing Program Specialist V and Senior Performance Auditor, where evaluations of city services and programs were conducted to recommend improvements. Prior positions at Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Orange County encompassed Director of Training and Case Supervisor, focusing on the welfare of youth in the child welfare system. Earlier experience includes a role as Program Development Associate at Relief International, successfully securing funding for global relief and development initiatives. Stephanie Goddu Harper holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from California State University, Long Beach and a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from Biola University.
