Ian Belter

Ian Belter currently serves as the Website Administrator for the City of Longmont since July 2022. Prior roles include Digital Marketing Strategist at Metropolitan State University (April 2020 - July 2022) and Head of Special Projects at ProgressNow Colorado (January 2019 - March 2020), where a focus was placed on grassroots fundraising and promoting progressive values. Ian also held the position of Digital Director at the Colorado Democratic Party in 2018 and served as Strategic Communications Director at ProgressNow Colorado from September 2014 to January 2018, driving membership engagement. Early in the career, Ian worked as an Online Organizer at Lawgical (August 2011 - September 2014) and held a brief role in Video Ad Operations at Altitude Digital Partners. Ian earned a B.A. in Political Science and History from Penn State University between 2006 and 2009.
