Kim Heard currently serves as the LEVI Project Coordinator at the City of Longmont since September 2008, focusing on domestic violence prevention and education along with child sexual assault prevention efforts. Prior experience includes a decade as a Technical Consultant for Boeing Aviation, where Kim specialized in military simulations, and an eight-year tenure in the United States Air Force as a Project Lead, overseeing simulation projects for the Theater Air Command and Control Simulation Facility. Additionally, Kim worked as a Software Test Engineer in the US Navy. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management with a Computer Science emphasis from California University, Humboldt State.
