Eric Jakeman

Eric Jakeman has been working at the City of Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety since December 2000, starting as a Building Mechanical Inspector and working their way up to Assistant Deputy Superintendent of Building II and Chief Building Inspector. Eric has extensive experience managing various divisions within the Code Enforcement Bureau, establishing performance goals to improve efficiency, and supervising inspectors in demanding regions. Prior to their current position, Eric owned and operated Jake's Renovation and Construction as a General Contractor. Eric holds a degree from California State University Northridge and attended Saugus High School.
