Sarah Tanberg

Sarah Tanberg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public service and education. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor and Homelessness Deputy for the City of Los Angeles, Sarah has held multiple roles within Council District 4 since December 2020. Prior to this, Sarah contributed as the Campaign Field Lead for Nithya For The City, where responsibilities included managing canvassing efforts and coordinating fundraising activities. Sarah also played a pivotal role as a founding board member and Education Advisor for Budding Artists, which aims to provide transformative art experiences for under-resourced preschool children in Los Angeles County. With a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Italian Studies from the University of Arizona, Sarah's diverse background combines education and community engagement.
