Ted Ross

Ted Ross served as the Chief Information Officer and General Manager of the City of Los Angeles Information Technology Agency from January 2008 to January 2015, overseeing 455 employees and managing a $125 million annual budget to provide enterprise IT services for 52,000 employees and digital services for over 4 million residents. Prior to this role, Ted held positions including Deputy Chief Information Officer and ERP Director, leading significant technology projects recognized by prestigious publications.
