Belinda Juran

Belinda Juran is a candidate for the Lowell City Council representing District 3, currently serving on the board of the International Institute of New England and as an advisory board member for both the University of Massachusetts Lowell's College of Education and the Carr Center for Human Rights Policy at Harvard University. Belinda has a long-standing career at WilmerHale, where tenure began in 1998 prior to the firm's merger, progressing from associate to retired partner. Additional roles include board membership at the Pollard Memorial Library Foundation and former advisory board membership with the Free Soil Arts Collective. Education credentials include a Doctor of Law degree from Harvard Law School, an MBA from Boston University, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Scranton, along with participation in the Lowell Plan's Public Matters civic engagement program.
