Christopher Hughes

Christopher Hughes, SRA, currently serves as an Assessor for the City of Lowell since April 2024. With extensive experience as a Real Estate Appraiser and Owner of Hughes Appraisal Group since January 1993, Christopher specializes in estimating market values for land and properties ranging from one to four families, catering to banks, mortgage companies, individual investors, and attorneys. Additionally, Christopher was the Broker and Owner of Hughes Realty Advisors, LLC from January 2010 to January 2020, where property marketing and acting as a Buyer Broker were key responsibilities. Christopher holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and English from Merrimack College (1988-1992) and has been affiliated with the Appraisal Institute, obtaining the SRA designation since 2018.
