Jesse Strod

Jesse Strod is a dedicated professional in urban planning and community development, currently serving as a Neighborhood Planner for the City of Lowell since February 2024. Previous experience includes being a Development Associate with A Red Circle, where Jesse contributed to significant community projects such as a $9M economic development initiative and a Rental Assistance Clinic.
