Liam Skinner currently serves as the Downtown/Business Coordinator for the City of Lowell, where responsibilities include implementing business retention and support programs in the Downtown and Business Districts. Previously, Liam worked as a Program Coordinator for the Coalition for a Better Acre, focusing on economic and workforce development initiatives. Prior experiences include roles as a Quantitative Trader and Trading Intern at Susquehanna International Group, LLP (SIG), and a Marketing Intern at Med Aesthetics Miami. Additionally, Liam contributed as an Undergraduate Research Assistant on a historical project in Providence and served as a Tennis Instructor for the City of Lowell. Liam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brown University.
