Miran F. has extensive experience in information technology leadership, currently serving as the Chief Information Officer for the City of Lowell since June 2002. Prior to this role, Miran held positions as Director of Information Technology at SAP-Frictionless Commerce from 1999 to 2001 and at the Boston University Corporate Education Center from 1996 to 1999. Additionally, Miran worked as a Senior Network Engineer at Boston University from 1993 to 1996 and as a Senior Network Systems Specialist at Addison Wesley / Pearson, PLC from 1990 to 1993. Miran's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, as well as an Associate's degree in Data Processing and Computer Science from Miami Dade College. Miran completed secondary education at Hialeah High School.
