Jessica Mead

Jessica Mead is an experienced professional with a diverse background in local government administration, education, and human resources. Currently serving as the City Clerk for the City of Luverne since September 2009, Jessica performs essential supervisory and administrative tasks, including conducting City Council meetings, managing elections, and overseeing human resource functions. Prior to this role, Jessica held positions such as Accounting Clerk, Adjunct Professor at Colorado Technical University, and Human Resource Generalist at the University of Phoenix. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a BS in General Management and Human Resources from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
