Allison Johnson

Allison Johnson is an experienced GIS professional, currently serving as the GIS Manager for the City of Lynchburg since November 2002. In this role, Allison is responsible for the planning and implementation of GIS projects, strategic planning, and collaboration with various departments to address GIS needs, as well as the development of operational procedures. Additional responsibilities include promoting the advancement of GIS technology and managing the GIS budget and contracts. Prior to this position, Allison held roles as a GIS Analyst at PBS&J and as a GIS Analyst II at Cultural Resources, Inc. Educational qualifications include studies at Hood College from 1989 to 1991.
