Brian Witt

Brian Witt is an experienced healthcare and financial operations leader with a diverse background spanning over three decades in both civilian and military settings. Currently serving as Deputy Treasurer for the City of Lynchburg since January 2021, Brian is responsible for state tax revenue collection and reporting. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at the Free Clinic of Central Virginia, Director of Cardiovascular Practice Operations at Centra Health, and various leadership positions in the United States Air Force, including Commander of the 65th Medical Group. Brian holds degrees in Economics and Health Administration from Hampden-Sydney College and Baylor University, respectively, as well as advanced military education from the USAF Air War College and Air Command and Staff College.
