Daniel Pense

Daniel Pense is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the General Registrar and Director of Elections for the City of Lynchburg since July 2023, Daniel previously worked at Esprow LLC as a Products and Solutions Strategist from June 2021 to July 2023. Notable past positions include Executive Director and Global Head of Client Onboarding at Morgan Stanley, and VP Head of Americas FIX Engineering at Credit Suisse. Daniel's earlier career includes significant roles in product management and client connectivity at Raptor Trading Systems, UBS, and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. An academic background includes a Master of Divinity from Assemblies of God Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Penn State University.
