John P.

John P. has extensive experience in information technology and security, currently serving as IT Security Manager for the City of Lynchburg since January 2015. Previously, John held the position of Network Analyst III at the same organization. Prior experience includes roles as Corporate IT & Technical Services Manager at Benchmark Systems, Inc. from August 2007 to November 2014, Network Manager at Randolph College from October 2004 to August 2007, and Network Administrator at Central Virginia Community College from 1999 to October 2004. John P. holds a Master of Science in Information Assurance and Security from Sam Houston State University, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Franklin University, complemented by an Associate of Applied Science in Information Systems Technology from Central Virginia Community College.
