Steven Bailey

Steven Bailey has extensive experience in facilities management and building maintenance, currently serving as the Building Maintenance Manager for the City of Lynchburg since May 2018. In addition to this role, Steven is the Owner of Mt. Pleasant Growers LLC since February 2017. Prior to these positions, Steven held significant roles including Director of Physical Plant at Sweet Briar College from August 2005 to April 2018, Facilities Manager at Waytec Electronics Corporation from September 2003 to August 2005, and Vice President of Manufacturing and Plant Engineer/Project Manager at Harrington Corporation from June 1983 to September 2003. Steven's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech, an Associate's Degree in Engineering, and another Associate's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, both from Central Virginia Community College.
