Shirley Kelley

Shirley Kelley, CRCM, is currently serving as the Project Operations Director at the City of Lynn, overseeing the administration of Federal Entitlement Grant programs. With a strong background in operations and compliance, Shirley has held executive positions at Cambridge Savings Bank and Melrose Bank, in addition to experience as an Internal Auditor at Century Bank and Healy & Healy. Shirley began their career at Eastern Bank in various roles within operations and retail banking. Shirley holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Endicott College and completed the New England School for Financial Studies in 2011.
