Mary P. Daley, MPA, currently serves as the Business Services Coordinator for the City of Madison Heights since July 2016, where responsibilities include managing the City's Business License program, acting as the Planning Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals staff liaison, and overseeing all election functions. Prior to this role, Mary was the Assistant to the City Manager, aiding in the development and implementation of the annual budget and strategic plans while addressing resident issues in collaboration with Department Heads. Experience also includes serving as the Downtown Development Authority Assistant to the Executive Director for the City of Southfield, managing operating budgets and Farmers Markets, as well as supporting the Risk Consulting Department at Marsh McLennan. Mary holds a Master of Public Administration degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences with a focus on Human Resources from Michigan State University.
