Heather Stouder

Heather Stouder is an experienced planning professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Planning Division Director for the City of Madison, WI since 2008, Heather has previously held roles as a Planner within the same division and as a Community Planner at MSA Professional Services from September 2006 to March 2008. Earlier in the career, Heather worked as a Transportation Planner for the Indianapolis Metropolitan Planning Organization between 2004 and 2006. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Urban and Regional Planning and Land Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Butler University.
