Stephen Winslow

Stephen Winslow has been a Councillor at City of Malden since December 2017. Prior to that, they served as Senior Project Manager at City of Gloucester MA from September 2009 to December 2017, Mass in Motion Project Coordinator from January 2007 to December 2011, and School Committee Member - Ward 6 from January 2008 to December 2013.

Mr. Winslow began their career as a Project Manager at City of Somerville MA in January 2004, before moving on to Bike to the Sea Inc in January 1993, where they served as Board Member until December 2011. Stephen then worked as a Planner/Attorney at the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection from January 1988 to December 1998.

Mr. Winslow has dedicated their career to public service and is committed to making a difference in their community.

Stephen Winslow's educational career began with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. Stephen then went on to earn their Juris Doctorate in Law with a focus in Environmental Law from the University of California Davis.
