Permit Services Technician at City of Malibu

Jasmine Garlington has extensive experience in recreation and community services, currently serving as a Permit Services Technician and previously as a Recreation Assistant for the City of Malibu since February 2019. Prior to this role, Jasmine worked as a Recreation Leader for the City of West Hollywood from July 2018 to November 2020, and held the position of Recreation Leader III for the City of Beverly Hills from April 2019 to December 2019. Jasmine's career in recreation began with roles at Team Prime Time as a Senior Site Director from February 2012 to June 2018, and as a Physical Education Aide with the Los Angeles Unified School District from August 2013 to June 2015. Additional experience includes serving as a Recreation Leader II for the City of Walnut from May 2010 to April 2012 and as a Youth Leader/Volunteer in Claremont from September 2003 to June 2009. Jasmine Garlington graduated from Claremont High School with a high school diploma and has furthered education at Pasadena City College and Northern Michigan University.
