Julie Stuva is an experienced professional currently serving as Deputy City Clerk for the City of Malibu since July 2021, dedicated to serving the community. Julie has maintained a role as a waitress at The Ojai Valley Inn since March 2016, and previously worked for the City of Ventura in Community Development from March 2015 to July 2021, where responsibilities included taking meeting minutes, assembling committee packets, and processing debris hotline messages. Julie also held the position of Business Tax Representative. Julie holds a Certificate in Business Management, Administration, and Accounting from the Technology Development Center (2012-2013) and completed studies in General Studies with a focus on Business at Ventura College (1989-1994).
