Darius Gould Mai

Darius Gould, MAI, is an experienced real estate appraiser currently serving as the City Assessor for the City of Manassas Park since March 2022. Responsibilities include assessing real property at fair market value, conducting inspections, data verification, and defending property assessments during appeals. Prior experience includes roles as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser with the Office of the Chief Financial Officer, focusing on complex commercial property tax cases, and as a Valuation Specialist at Colliers International, specializing in multifamily and various commercial properties. Additional experience encompasses commercial real estate appraisal at Metropolitan Commercial Valuations and Arlington County, as well as earlier work at Perry & Associates. Darius Gould holds a Certified General License in Real Estate and a BA from Oral Roberts University.
