Steven Hall

Steven Hall, AICP, CZA is an accomplished Transportation Program Manager at the City of Manassas Park, where responsibilities include overseeing the transportation program, managing funding plans and projects, and producing key planning documents. Previously, Steven served as the Land Development Division Chief at the Prince William County Department of Development Services, managing division activities and participating in policy development while also working as the Community Development Manager. Other significant roles include serving as the Assistant City Manager, Community Development and Planning Director, and Zoning Administrator in the City of Emporia, Virginia, as well as experience as a Planner for the Delaware County Planning Department and a Community Building Fellow at Virginia Tech. Steven holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Virginia Tech.
