Brittany Labonte is a dedicated clinician with extensive experience in mental health and youth services. Currently serving as a clinician at Spaulding Academy & Family Services and at MPA Adventure Based Trauma Informed Program since October 2022 and August 2021 respectively, Brittany also works as a Youth Services Counselor for the City of Manchester since May 2016, focusing on pre-crisis intervention and community resources. Prior to these roles, Brittany was a Residential Shift Leader/Counselor at Spaulding Youth Center from January 2012 to May 2016. Brittany holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health from Plymouth State University and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from UNH Online.

The Finance Department is responsible for all financial, accounting and benefit functions. Principal operations included budget preparation & monitoring, maintenance of revenue and expenditure accounts, cash management, payroll, fixed assets and the preparation of all financial reports. The financial reports include a yearly audit, quarterly financials and monthly senior staff updates. The department is also responsible for the adherence to the laws of the Federal Government of Missouri to ensure compliance with proper accounting regulations and policies.
