Kevin Raney is an experienced police officer and project manager currently serving with the City of Manchester since July 2000, following graduation from the Tennessee Law Enforcement Training Academy in October 2000. Kevin holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute in Nashville, earned between 1991 and 1993.
