Kyle Robert has accumulated extensive experience in various roles related to law enforcement, security, and sports management. Beginning a career in security as a Security Officer at Metro Crime Prevention from May 2012 to July 2014, Kyle ensured building security and conducted contraband searches. Since July 2014, Kyle has been working for the City of Manchester as a UAS Drone Pilot, engaged in crash reconstruction, and serving as a Police Officer. Previously, from October 2010 to May 2012, Kyle excelled as the Head Women’s Ice Hockey Coach at Nichols College, overseeing all program aspects, including budgeting, scheduling, recruiting, and practice/game planning. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management from Becker College and has additional educational experiences from Western New England University and Saint John’s High School.

The Finance Department is responsible for all financial, accounting and benefit functions. Principal operations included budget preparation & monitoring, maintenance of revenue and expenditure accounts, cash management, payroll, fixed assets and the preparation of all financial reports. The financial reports include a yearly audit, quarterly financials and monthly senior staff updates. The department is also responsible for the adherence to the laws of the Federal Government of Missouri to ensure compliance with proper accounting regulations and policies.
