Amy Berger, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned professional in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Director at the City of Mandan since January 2024. Previous experience includes five years as HR Manager at Benedictine Health System and a role as Sourcing Specialist at Sanford Health. Amy began the career as Office Manager at Missouri River Educational Cooperative and previously held a position as Human Resource Intern/Assistant at Applied Engineering, Inc. Amy obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management and Business Administration from Dickinson State University between 2013 and 2015.
