Since November 2011, Alicia has served as a Health and Wellness Coach at Skechers Headquarters, where Alicia created and facilitates the **Skech-Fit** wellness program aimed at promoting employee health. Additionally, since April 2012, Alicia has worked as a Wellness Consultant for the City of Manhattan Beach, providing educational support and leading health-based challenges to encourage healthier lifestyles among employees.
