Elizabeth Tanner

Elizabeth Tanner is currently working as an Administrative Clerk in the Human Resources Dept. and Community Development Dept. at the City of Manhattan Beach since December 2021. Prior to this, Elizabeth served as a Senior Litigation Paralegal at Latham & Watkins from March 1985 to February 2019. Elizabeth earned a Paralegal Certificate from the University of Southern California in 1983 and a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from California State University, Long Beach in 1981.
