Lisa Jenkins

Lisa Jenkins has over 13 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Lisa is currently working as the Human Resources Director for The City of Manhattan Beach since January 2019. Prior to this, they held various roles at the City of Beverly Hills, starting as a Personnel Intern and eventually working their way up to Assistant Director of Human Resources. Lisa also worked as a Senior Human Resources Analyst at the City of El Segundo and as a Supervising Personnel Analyst/Personnel Analyst at Santa Monica College. Lisa began their career as a Personnel Specialist at the City of Fountain Valley.

Lisa Jenkins attended UC Irvine where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Social Behavior. Lisa then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Public Administration with an emphasis in Public Sector Management and Leadership at California State University, Northridge.
