Marcelo Serrano

Marcelo Serrano is a seasoned Budget & Financial Analyst with extensive experience in financial planning and budgeting, currently serving the City of Manhattan Beach since January 2019. Responsibilities include coordinating the citywide budget process, preparing training materials, supporting department heads, and creating public materials such as the Budget Book and Budget Snapshot.
