Stephanie Swofford has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for The City of Manhattan Beach since 2019. Prior to this role, Stephanie worked as a Senior Human Resources Analyst for the City of Santa Monica from August 2011 to November 2019. Stephanie holds a degree from Chapman University.
