Jennifer Bartz

Jennifer Bartz has a robust background in community development and marketing, currently serving in a role with the City of Manitowoc since January 2020. Prior to this, Jennifer spent two decades at Lakeshore Technical College, starting as a Marketing & Creative Services Specialist and advancing to the position of Marketing Services Manager, where responsibilities included developing promotional plans and leading creative implementation for the college's marketing priorities. Earlier in their career, Jennifer worked as an Inside Sales Coordinator for Parker Hannifin (formerly Dayco Eastman). Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in Arts and Sciences with a focus on Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, obtained between 1992 and 1994.
