Courtney Kramlinger, AICP, serves as the Economic Development Coordinator for the City of Mankato since January 2013, focusing on economic development and housing programs within the Community Development department. Previously held positions include Economic Development Specialist and Planner, where responsibilities involved land use and zoning regulation enforcement, public inquiries, plan reviews, and management of Community Development Block Grant programs. Courtney gained research and teaching experience as a Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant at Minnesota State University, Mankato, while also completing internships that included roles with the Preservation Alliance of Minnesota and Ross Nesbit Agencies, Inc. Educational achievements include a Master of Arts in Urban Planning and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
