Rae Frame has a diverse professional background encompassing firefighting, education, and literacy tutoring. Currently serving as a firefighter for the City of Mankato since May 2015, Rae transitioned from a paid on-call volunteer firefighter to a full-time role. Previous experience includes providing instruction in fire services at Minnesota West Community and Technical College and educational support roles at Mankato Area Public Schools and Hoffmann Learning Center. Rae has also contributed as a full-time literacy tutor with Minnesota Reading Corps and provided personal care assistance through Accra. In addition, Rae has a strong foundation in communication, having served as Editor in Chief for the MNSU Reporter and worked as a Knowledge Management Specialist at Carlson Craft. Rae holds a Master of Arts in Technical and Scientific Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in English Studies—Technical Communication, both from Minnesota State University, Mankato, along with an Associate of Arts degree from Rochester Community and Technical College.
