Raymond Coffman

Raymond Coffman, P.E. has extensive experience in municipal engineering, currently serving as the Director of Engineering Services for the City of Mansfield, Texas since October 2000. Previous roles within the City include Assistant Director of Public Works and City Engineer, Development Manager, and Project Manager. Prior to joining the City of Mansfield, Raymond worked as a Graduate Engineer at Baird, Hampton & Brown and Turner Collie & Braden Inc. Additionally, experience includes a position as a Cooperative Education Student with the US Army Corps of Engineers. Raymond holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
