Brooke Cyphers

Brooke Cyphers is a skilled communications professional with extensive experience in public information and graphic design. Currently serving as the Public Information Officer for the City of Manvel since February 2022, Brooke previously held the position of Communications Specialist with the City of Coppell from September 2018 to March 2022. Prior to that, Brooke operated as a freelance graphic designer from 2016 to March 2022, working with clients such as the City of Deer Park, Stocked Robotics, and the Texas Bullet Train. Brooke's design expertise was further cultivated during a tenure as a Graphic Designer at Skyepack from September 2015 to August 2016. Brooke holds a Bachelor's degree in Visualization from Texas A&M University, obtained in 2018.
