Elaheh Roohbakhsh

Elaheh Roohbakhsh is an experienced urban planning professional currently serving as an Assistant City Planner and Associate Planner for the City of Manvel since August 2022. Prior to this role, Elaheh held various positions related to architectural engineering and construction, including Professional Engineer- PE at Khorasan Razavi Construction Engineering Organization from February 2011 to March 2016, and additional engineering and design roles at multiple firms. Elaheh's educational background includes a Master's degree in Urban Planning and Environmental Policy from Texas Southern University, a Master of Urban Planning from Imam Reza International University in Iran, and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Islamic Azad University of Mashhad.
