Mark Halpin, BA, PMP has a Bachelor's degree in Geography and Cartography from Simon Fraser University. Mark has extensive experience in transportation planning and project management, having worked for the City of Maple Ridge, City of Port Moody, and City of Vancouver in various roles such as Manager of Transportation, Project Manager, Transportation Planner, and Transportation Technologist. Mark's work involves sustainable transportation design, infrastructure projects, neighborhood planning, safety improvements, and managing traffic signal and pavement programs. Mark's expertise also includes strategic planning, project coordination, active transportation design, and engineering planning.
