Rachiah Whipple

Rachiah Whipple currently serves as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Coordinator and Rental & Facilities Manager for the City of Maple Valley, WA, a position held since October 2022. Prior to this role, Rachiah held the title of Event & Facility Coordinator for the City of Maple Valley Parks & Recreation from February 2016 to October 2022 and served as Program Coordinator for the Washington State Bar Association from April 2014 to February 2016. Rachiah also gained experience as an Event Manager at Lynnwood Convention Center from August 2011 to April 2014 and as an intern/administrative assistant at CenterPlace Regional Event Center/Spokane Valley Parks and Recreation from June 2010 to August 2011. Rachiah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Recreation Management from Eastern Washington University and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the Community Colleges of Spokane.
