Chance Love has extensive experience in project management, recruitment, marketing, and community outreach. Currently serving as the Special Projects Manager for the City of Maricopa since September 2021, Chance oversees various complex management projects within the Office of Economic Vitality. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Specialist, focusing on full cycle recruiting, and Assistant Lifestyle Director at CCMC, where community engagement through events was prioritized. Additionally, Chance worked as a Marketing Manager for Dianne Halloway LLC, developing strategic partnerships with major corporations, and held multiple marketing-related positions at The River Source, including Marketing Director and Community Liaison. Chance holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Arizona State University, along with a Real Estate Investing certification from the Arizona School of Real Estate.
