Ryan Carney

Ryan Carney is a skilled professional with extensive experience in development services and geotechnical engineering. Currently serving as a Development Services Technician and Surface Water Inspector for the City of Marysville, WA since January 2022, Ryan previously worked at Terra Associates, Inc. from September 2014 to January 2022 as a Geo-tech, where geotechnical engineering studies and environmental assessments were conducted throughout the Pacific Northwest.
