Sierra Rutkowski Csp

Sierra Rutkowski, CSP, currently serves as the Safety Manager for the City of Marysville, WA, since July 2023. Previously, Sierra held the position of Safety Manager I and Safety Representative at Swinerton from June 2018 to July 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Safety Intern at Swinerton Builders and working as a Safety Administrator at Potelco, Inc. Sierra's involvement in safety governance also includes a role as a Sport Clubs Council Executive Committee Member at Central Washington University. Sierra obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Safety and Health Management from Central Washington University, following high school graduation from Simms High School. Additional early work experience features roles in the service industry, ranch work, and clerical positions.
