Teri Lester

Teri Lester is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in employee development and talent management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Program Manager for the City of Marysville, WA since May 2018, Teri has previously held positions as Employee Development Manager at Sno-Isle Libraries from January 2005 to May 2018, and HR Supervisor at Premera Blue Cross from July 2002 to January 2005. Teri's career in HR began as an HR Administrator at The Wright Group/McGraw-Hill from November 1991 to September 2001. Teri holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, obtained between 2003 and 2006, and a General Education Diploma from Elko High School, completed from 1981 to 1985.
