Jason Lyon

Jason Lyon, MPA, currently serves as Justice of the Peace District 8 for Faulkner County, having been elected to this position in January 2023 with a term ending on December 31, 2024. In addition, Jason has held the role of Planner 2 for the City of Maumelle, Arkansas, since October 2020. Prior experience includes serving as the Geographic Information System Director for the City of Conway from January 2019 to October 2020, where responsibilities involved maintaining, evaluating, and developing the city's GIS. Jason also worked as the Assistant Director of Planning at Conway Planning and Development from 2008 to January 2019, along with prior roles as GIS Coordinator, Management Project Analyst for the State of Arkansas, GIS Analyst at GMI, and Map and Street Coordinator for Denton County. Jason holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography, both from the University of North Texas.
