Serrena M.

Serrena M. currently serves as the Human Resource Director for the City of McFarland since March 2023. Prior to this role, Serrena held the position of Human Resources Manager at Braun Electric Company, Inc. from July 2022 to March 2023, and also served as Human Resource Manager for The GEO Group, Inc. from October 2013 to July 2022. Serrena is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management at Cal State University of Bakersfield, expected to graduate in May 2024, and previously obtained an AS-T in Business Administration from Bakersfield College in 2021.
