Libby Rutledge has extensive work experience in human resources. Libby started their career at Bouldin & Lawson as a Purchasing Manager from 1996 to 1998. Libby then worked as an HR Generalist at Bridgestone from 1999 to 2005. Libby joined Bridgestone again in 2006 and held various roles including HR Section Manager and HR Portal Manager until 2021. During their time at Bridgestone, they managed talent acquisition, annual merit and performance processes, and communication of HR policies and processes. Libby also worked as the Director of HR Operations at BRIDGESTONE AMERICAS from 2013 to 2021, where they ensured efficient execution of HR processes and compliance with regulations. Currently, Libby serves as the Human Resources Director for the City of McMinnville, Tennessee.
Libby Rutledge attended Trevecca Nazarene University from 2004 to 2006 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management & Human Resources. Libby later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration from the same university from 2008 to 2010.
