Stuart Ramsing is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in building and permit services, facilitation, and community engagement. Currently serving as Principal Solver at Klarity Solutions since August 2016, Stuart specializes in helping groups overcome conflicts and envision future possibilities. Concurrently, as Building Official for the City of McMinnville since April 2018, Stuart consults with developers and supports efforts for a predictable permitting process. Previously, Stuart held leadership roles, including Director of Building & Permit Services Division for the City of Eugene from 2001 to 2015, overseeing a range of programs and serving as the final authority on building code interpretation. Stuart’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oregon and further studies at the University of Stuttgart.
